I am a proud mother of Sweetu Ratnani, student of MILE PGDM batch 2017-19. MILE is one of the best B-School of Pune. The best thing about MILE is their practical and one on one student approach. It provides valuable experience not just related to academics but also overall personality development. And as my daughter was excelling in academics from her school days so I was looking for B-School that can help her to nurture skills and create a great career and MILE is helping my daughter in developing a successful career for her future life. I find a sea of change in my daughter Chris Rodrigues after she joined MILE for her MBA course. I find her very disciplined, systematic and bold in taking smart decisions.   She has become more independent and values her relationships more.  She has grown into a matured person and already looks like a winner and a great leader. I am so happy and excited to see what’s in store next for her future.

4. Brother of Ms. Harpreet Kaur – PGDM 1719 – Mr. Harinder – National Product Manager- Cisco-Inflow Technologies

I believe MILE has been one of the most significant boon of my sister’s life so far. The sort of knowledge and experience that is being fed to her in MILE is drastically shaping her into an extraordinary Corporate material. When I visited MILE campus I realised that every student here is practically gaining “something extra”. This fact stood proven when I actually saw my sister, time and again talking to me in terms of business with a proactive approach on plenty of complex matters. Everyday discussions  between us on her new business plans gives me a sense of satisfaction and makes me believe in her. This has only been possible because of the learnings and teachings she has been developing in the institution. MILE is grooming her skills in the best possible way and is also giving tremendous exposure to the same. On a lighter note, I’d say that if I could travel back in time upto my college days I would’ve never missed a chance to experience the life of a MILER.

5. Father of Mr. Kartik Parsekar – PGDM Batch 1618 – Mr. Rajesh Parsekar

Dear MILE Team, It is almost Two years from my visit to your campus in February 2016 on selection of my son for admission in your esteemed institution. I was impressed with the transparency during the round of your campus. I was also impressed with the personal attention given to the students by limiting the number of students. On the same day I thought that we have come to the right place for my son to  get the right direction to his life. I proudly say that your institution has exceeded my expectations and I can feel the change in my son’s life. He has been a totally different personality from what he was Two years back. Thank you very much dear MILE Team for your personal attention in developing my child at this important stage of his life. I have been recommending your institution to my colleagues for quality education in management studies. All the best for future endeavors.

The work environment proved to be an ice breaker. The focus is on high productivity rather than a strict working schedule. My area of work i.e. recruitment is very intriguing.
